Lynn has an extensive background in home remodeling in her own personal homes on the east and west side of Cleveland as
well as homes for resale in Florida. While being a stay-at-home mom as her children were growing up, she also had a home sewing
and craft business for 11+ years.
As the children got older, Lynn returned to school full-time at Tri-C in the Interior Design program. She served as Secretary
for the student chapter of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) and volunteered and participated in a great
variety of events and programs put on by ASID. She has held a positions at Donghia and Brunschwig & Fils
in the Ohio Design Centre.
Lynn particularly enjoys residential interior design and feels that at the end of a job, the client should feel that they
got more than what they asked for. While there may be bumps along the way, these are handled as promptly as possible, in an
efficient manner. Also, respect for a client’s budget is always in the forefront.
Lynn is a Professional Home Stager. She enjoys helping people at a stage in their life that may be particularly overwhelming,
that is selling their home. Whether it be a choice or a need, selling a home can be an extremely stressful time.
Her training in Interior Design combined with her extensive background in home remodeling brings a great deal of
knowledge into Home Staging. Lynn is an expert at knowing what is appealing to buyers, scheduling work to be done, and
appearances that sell a home. Staging a home brings a great deal of satisfaction to her and a relief
to her clients.
Lynn’s husband Stephan has been a home remodeler for 27+ years and can do virtually anything in a home, from plumbing
and electrical to drywall and tile. He has run his own business as well as subcontracted for several well-known Cleveland
general contractors. His specialty has been in kitchen and bathrooms and is a perfectionist in his work ethics. The only way
he does a job is the right way. Stephan assists Lynn in her Interior Design business in whatever capacity her clients may
need.
At this time she is also beginning a specialty in family home entertainment, such as game rooms, lower levels and family
rooms. Having two teenagers herself, she knows how important it is to know who your children’s friends are and where
they hang out at. If you are able to provide entertainment for them at home, then you know where they are and who they are
with. To further this specialty, she will be working with Danny Vegh’s Billiards & Home. Danny Vegh’s beautiful
Mayfield Hts. showroom has a large variety of billiard tables, bars and pinball machines, to name just a few of their home
entertainment items. Lynn will help clients in planning and designing these fun products into their own homes.
In the future, Lynn would like to be able to be in a position to help women entrepreneurs in designing spaces for their
budding or evolving businesses, whether they be offices or retail environments. Lynn would like to be to help women see their
visions come to fruition.
